John J. Fellin
John J. Fellin, Esq. is an associate with the law firm of Winkler, Kurtz, Winkler & Kuhn, located in Port Jefferson Station, New York. John received his undergraduate education from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2005, and graduated with his Juris Doctor from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2008. While studying at Touro, John received awards for academic excellence in both Family Law and Trial Practice, and served as the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Board of Advocates. John is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Following law school, John served as Executive Agency Counsel for the City of New York Business Integrity Commission, a law enforcement and regulatory agency devoted to eliminating the influence of organized crime and corruption in city industry. During that time, John was responsible for charging and litigating all administrative violations issued by the agency, and was also engaged in pre-trial litigation practice and complex legal writing.
In 2010, John joined the firm as an associate with a focus on Family Law and Matrimonial Law matters. John is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
